Caroline Kelly Mediation Room will facilitate the resolution of disputes between individuals and businesses that are involved in any commercial transaction. The goal of commercial mediation is to reach a mutually acceptable agreement that resolves the dispute efficiently and cost-effectively without recourse to costly and time consuming litigation.
